Getting there

1. Go to ADMIN Tab
2. Go to Site Control
3. Hover over the USERS icon and select USERS

Select the user

4. Check user you need to assign a new access to and select DETAILS

Change the password

5. Scroll down to the Security section
6. Scroll down to CHANGE PASSWORD and select
7. Enter the remaining required details:
   
   • New Password
   • Re-Enter New Password
   • Enable the toggle for Prompt user to set new password on next login
8. Click on CHANGE PASSWORD or if you changed your mind and don’t want to change your password, click CANCEL
